Hardeek Technologies ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Hardeek Technologies EMS application and website (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: Your name, username, email address, phone number, employee ID, and role (admin, manager, supervisor, or employee) when your account is created by an administrator.
Profile details: Education, address, location, profile picture, and ID document — optional, provided by you or your administrator.
Attendance data: When you punch in or out, we record the date, time, your GPS location (latitude and longitude), and a photo captured from your device's camera.
Leave requests: Leave type, dates, reason, and approval status.
Salary information: Salary components (basic, HRA, allowances, deductions) set by your administrator, used to generate payslips.
Device permissions: The app requests Camera (for punch photos), Location (for geofence verification), and Internet permissions.

2. How We Use Your Information

To record and verify employee attendance (punch in/out times, location, photo).
To enforce geofence restrictions — punch-in is only allowed within a configured radius of the project location.
To manage leave requests and approvals.
To calculate salary, overtime, and generate payslips.
To generate attendance and payroll reports for administrators and managers.
To maintain an audit log of administrative actions (punch edits, leave decisions, employee changes) for transparency and compliance.

3. Location Data

When you punch in or out, the app collects your device's GPS coordinates to verify you are within the allowed project geofence (typically within 50 meters of the project location). Location data is stored with each punch record and is visible to administrators and managers in attendance reports. You can deny location permission, but punching will not be possible without it.

4. Camera & Photo Data

Each punch in/out requires a photo captured from your device's front camera for identity verification. Photos are stored on the server and are visible to administrators in attendance records. Photos are compressed before upload to minimize data usage.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on our secure servers. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. Access to your data is role-based — only authorized administrators and your assigned project managers can view your attendance, leave, and salary information.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is only accessible to authorized personnel within your organization (administrators and assigned managers/supervisors).

7. Data Retention

Attendance records, leave history, and audit logs are retained for as long as your account is active. If your account is deleted by an administrator, all associated data (attendance, leaves, salary, projects) is permanently removed.

8. Your Rights

Access: You can view your own attendance, leave history, and payslips at any time.
Correction: Contact your administrator to correct inaccurate information.
Deletion: Contact your administrator to request account deletion, which removes all your data.

9. Children's Privacy

This Service is intended for workplace use only. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
